Egg Bowl 2010

Getting our "Game Faces" on-haha!! We were in our seats and ready for the game over 1 hr before the game started-haha! My husband likes to arrive when the team does-ha! The kids were such a joy and had so much fun! We're looking foward to next year's game in Bulldog Country!!

Hanging out on the Square in Oxford! And, of course, we had to get some yogurt from YaYa's even though it was cold outside!

Yes, this was our pregame fun!! We put an Ole Miss t-shirt on a stuffed blacked bear, tied a rope around his neck, and let Riley Kate drag it through the Grove!! Haha-it was soooo funny! Priceless!! We would have been in trouble with some of the Ole Miss fans if Riley Kate wasn't so darn stinkin' cute!

My husband and I love the Egg Bowl, and we go every year! This year, we decided to take the whole family to cheer on the Dogs!! It was super fun for each one of us! Grayton knows what's going on during the game, so he really enjoys it!! Riley Kate cheers no matter who scores, but she does say "Go State" and "Go Dogs" and she gets so excited!! Brantley slept through 90% of the game and would have probably slept through the whole game had I not been cheering so loudly, but he was no trouble at all!! They're already Lil' Bulldogs at heart!!! :)

OUR ADDICTION!!

OUR ADDICTION!!
After the birth of Grayton, Jason and I began running and became highly addicted!! I soon made my first jogging stroller purchase, The Tike Tech all terrain single jogger. It was wonderful until I needed another seat for Riley Kate. I got this Dreamer Design off of ebay, and I love it! I call it my freedom and my sanity because I can load up the kids and go running whenever I feel like it! The kids love to stroll. They usually ask to go. We have run several races just for fun--Delta Jubilee 5K, Juke Joint Festival 5K, St. Jude 1/2 Marathon, Double Decker 10K, 300 Oaks 10K, etc. We love to run and if there is a race we can make it to, we'll run it!! We are running about 4 to 5 miles a day now with long runs of 7 to 12 miles on the weekends!

A LITTLE HOBBY OF MINE

A LITTLE HOBBY OF MINE
Since Grayton's 1st birthday, I have ventured out a bit and started baking and creating my kid's birthday cakes each year. Also, I am the homeroom mother for Grayton's class, so I am trying to get creative with my baking. I am not very good at it, but it is so much fun!! If anyone has any new cute ideas, share them with me.
